Vaison Le Romaine, Provence - Food!

We spent a week at a lovely rental house in Vaison Le Romaine in Provence with our good friends from London, Andy + Zillah and their 3 kids, Clara, Max and Rosa. I have to start with the food, as the local food there is gourmet, especially when prepared, cooked and served by the talented chef Andy (who prepared our wedding feast years ago on the Outer Banks in North Carolina). Here is the panzanella salad, saucissons, pates, terrines, cassis water, plums and local olives....
Served with a perfect tortilla of eggs and sweet in onions and as always, fresh baguettes and Nyons olives.....
Another pepper covered saucisson, a rose wine, fig honey and cheeses - tome, comte, beaufort...
The kitchen table at a random moment - apples, freshly picked cherries, a potted basil plant, baguette.....
Shrimp, beets and peppers for the homemade aoli.....
Asparagus for the Aoli -
After the Aoli -

Tomatoes, Nyons olive oil, olives, basil, parsley, spanish sardines....
Goat cheese, tomatoes, basil, parsley and an olive bread.....
One of the plates in the house:
Goat cheese from Croix Rousse -
